Buildario is one person, not a company with a data department. The site collects what you type into the contact form, counts page views without cookies, and stores client account data for people who have a project running. Nothing is sold, rented, or handed to advertisers. Ask and it gets deleted.
Who is responsible
This site is run by the individual behind Buildario Studio, based in Tunisia. For anything on this page, including deletion requests, write to buildario.studio@gmail.com.
The contact form
When you send a brief, the form stores exactly the fields it shows you: your name, email address, optional company, the budget range you picked, and your message. It also records the time it arrived and a note that it came from the website.
This exists so a project enquiry can be answered — nothing else. It is not added to a mailing list and you will not get marketing from it. If the database is unreachable when you submit, the page instead opens a draft in your own mail app, which sends nothing until you press send.
Client accounts
If you have a project running and sign in to the client area, the account holds your email address, name, optional company, and the project material you and I exchange — updates, messages, and any files uploaded to the project. Passwords are handled by Supabase Auth and stored hashed; they are never visible to me.
Analytics
Page views are counted with Plausible, which is cookieless and stores nothing on your device. It reports aggregate numbers — pages, referrers, country, broad device type — and does not build a profile of you or follow you to other sites. Because it sets no cookies and stores no identifiers, this site has no cookie banner. If you block it, nothing on the page changes.
Where it is stored, and who else can see it
- Supabase hosts the database and authentication for the form and client area.
- Plausible receives the anonymous page-view events described above.
- GitHub Pages serves this site and, like any web server, logs requests.
- Google Fonts serves the typeface, so your browser requests files from Google when the page loads.
Those four are the entire list. No advertising networks, no data brokers, no tracking pixels, no third party is sent your enquiry.
How long it is kept
Enquiries are kept while they might still lead somewhere and are cleared out once they clearly will not. Client project data is kept for as long as the project is live and for a reasonable period afterwards, so past work can be referred back to. Either can be deleted sooner if you ask.
What you can ask for
Email buildario.studio@gmail.com and you can have a copy of what is held about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. There is no form to fill in and no charge. Expect a reply within a few days.
Children
This is a service for businesses and professionals. It is not directed at children and no information is knowingly collected from them.
Changes
If what the site collects changes, this page changes with it and the date at the top moves.
